Last updated: July 2026

Preventa operates this checkout portal, including all related information, content, and priority reservation services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and disclose your personal and financial information when you interact with our secure checkout infrastructure.

By accessing or utilizing our checkout apparatus to secure your priority reservation, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these data processing terms, you must abort the transaction immediately.

For the purposes of applicable data protection jurisdictions, the data controller of your personal information is:

  • Entity: Preventa (Operating under the jurisdiction of Poland)

    2. Typology of Personal Information Collected

To execute your reservation and maintain your member wallet, we systematically collect the following data categories:

    • Biographical & Contact Data: Full legal name, billing domicile, shipping coordinates, telephone identifier, and email address.
    • Financial & Transactional Data: Partial payment instrument details, cryptographic payment tokens (processed exclusively via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways; we do not harbor raw card numbers on our local servers), transaction histories, and ledger balances.
    • Digital Footprint: IP address, geolocation approximations, browser fingerprinting, and interaction metrics during your session on our portal.

    3. Modalities of Data Utilization

Your data is strictly utilized to operate our priority reservation ecosystem. This encompasses:

    • Fulfilling the eventual physical or digital dispatch of the "GTA" edition during the November release epoch.
    • Mitigating fraudulent activities and verifying the authenticity of the payment instrument utilized.
    • Communicating critical updates regarding your reservation status or modifications to logistical timelines.

    4. Explicit Consent for Tokenization and Continuous Auto-Replenishment

This section constitutes your explicit, legally binding consent regarding financial data processing. By completing the initial reservation transaction, you explicitly authorize Preventa and its designated third-party payment processors to securely "tokenize" and retain your payment credential.

You hereby acknowledge and grant affirmative consent that this tokenized financial data will be actively utilized to execute the Continuous Auto-Replenishment Apparatus. As detailed in our Refund Policy, this entails an automated, recurring cryptographic charge of thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents executed at fourteen-day intervals to fund your Priority Reservation Credits. Any claim of "unauthorized transaction" regarding these disclosed systemic charges will be aggressively contested utilizing this logged consent agreement.

    5. Data Disclosure and Third-Party Syndication

We do not monetize or sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Disclosure is strictly limited to the operational necessities of our enterprise:

    • Infrastructural Partners: Payment gateways, secure hosting environments, and logistical fulfillment centers required to execute your reservation.
    • Legal Compliance: When compelled by subpoena, court order, or regulatory mandate, or to defend against fraudulent chargeback attempts via financial institutions.

    6. Cookies and Tracking Apparatus

Our infrastructure deploys essential operational cookies and tracking pixels to ensure session continuity, prevent shopping cart abandonment, and securely authenticate your transaction. Disabling these cryptographic session identifiers in your browser will render you incapable of completing the reservation process.

    7. Data Retention and Security Architecture

We implement commercially reasonable cryptographic and organizational protocols to shield your data. Information is retained only for the duration necessitated by the fulfillment of your reservation, the management of your continuous financing plan, and the stringent requirements of international tax and anti-fraud regulations.

    8. Member Rights and Opt-Out Protocols

Depending on your sovereign jurisdiction (such as GDPR in Europe or CCPA/CPRA in California), you possess specific rights concerning your data, including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your information.

To exercise any of these sovereign privacy rights, or to manage/terminate your enrollment in the Continuous Auto-Replenishment Apparatus, you must interface directly with our support personnel by dispatching an electronic mail to Equipementtgermain@outlook.com. We will process your directive within the chronologic parameters mandated by applicable law.

    9. Modifications to this Agreement

We reserve the unilateral prerogative to modify this Privacy Policy at our discretion to align with operational shifts or regulatory evolutions. Continued participation in the reservation program post-modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
