Refund and Automatic Financing Policy

By finalizing your reservation on this page, you fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, which constitutes a legal and binding agreement between you ("The Customer" or "The Member") and Preventa ("The Company", operating under the jurisdiction of Poland).

1. Priority Reservation Mechanics and Financing Plan (Wallet)

Facing historic global demand and guaranteed stock shortages for the landmark November release ("GTA" edition), we have implemented an exclusive Secure Priority Reservation system.

• Initial Validation: Your initial payment validates your entry into the reservation program.
• Continuous Auto-Replenishment Apparatus (Wallet Top-up): To effectuate the progressive amortization of your capital commitment and to secure an incontrovertible allocation allotment upon the designated release epoch, your ledger will be enrolled in our continuous auto-replenishment apparatus. Ergo, the primary instrument of remittance held on file shall be subject to a recurring encumbrance in the exact quantum of thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents, executed automatically at rolling intervals comprising exactly fourteen consecutive diurnal periods.
• Credit Allocation: Each charge is immediately and fully converted into "Priority Reservation Credits" added to your member wallet. These virtual credits guarantee the financial coverage of your physical/digital copy in November, without you having to endure queues or price inflation at launch.

2. Right of Cancellation and Refund Flexibility

We offer total flexibility to our members. You can choose to opt out of the Automatic Financing Plan at any time.

• Credit Refund: If you decide to forfeit your guaranteed reservation, you can request a full refund of your unused Credit balance. Once the request is approved by our support team, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

3. Member Perk: Transferability and Resale of Credits

Due to the extreme shortage anticipated for November, spots on our Priority Reservation list possess a high intrinsic value. Preventa authorizes its members to transfer or resell their accumulated Credits to other users.

Transfer Terms: If you have found a buyer for your reservation, simply contact our customer service to initiate the transfer of ownership of your Credit wallet. This service is an exclusive and 100% free perk for our members. Disclaimer: These Credits constitute priority access to an e-commerce consumer good and must in no way be considered or assimilated to a regulated financial investment product.

4. Strict Anti-Chargeback Policy (Fraud Protection)

Our model relies on trust and highly responsive customer service. We require our members to communicate with us for any refund or cancellation requests.

Breach of Contract: Opening a bank dispute or payment opposition (Chargeback) with your bank without first contacting our customer support via email (Equipementtgermain@outlook.com) constitutes a direct and intentional violation of these terms.

Immediate Consequences: In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Preventa will apply the following measures:

• Penal Cancellation: Immediate, total, and permanent revocation of all your accumulated "Priority Reservation Credits." You will instantly lose your guaranteed spot for the November release.
• Proof of Agreement: This document, time-stamped and digitally validated during your checkout, will be systematically forwarded to your payment processor and your banking institution to invalidate your dispute.
• Ban: Lifetime suspension from our services.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws in force in Poland. Any dispute arising from your participation in our Automatic Financing Plan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction. For any assistance, please always prioritize direct contact with our team.
